Los Angeles Fall Staff Team 2007

Jonathan Liu
Jonathan grew up in La Canada, CA, which is a small
suburb near Los Angeles. He has served on short-term mission trips since
Junior High and is very glad to be a full-time member of the CSM Los Angeles
staff this Fall, 2007. He has served in Mexico, England, Canada, China and
(of course) with CSM in Los Angeles. Jonathan has had a blast working with
Junior High and High School groups at his church for the last 10 years. He
is a self-confessed techno-geek and loves just about anything to do with
computers. "In working with CSM, I'm hoping to find a more clear direction
where God wants me to serve and if it is time to enter full-time ministry.
I care for the people of LA and hope that God's love can reach all of them
through the actions we take every day."

Takia Shoats
Takia is from Miami, FL and a graduate of
Troy State University in Alabama with a degree in Business
Information System. She recently received a certificate of
completion from Kanakuk Institute which is a specialized youth
ministry training program that emphasizes an integrating scriptural
knowledge and practical application. Through this ministry Takia
had the opportunity to go to the island of Trinidad were she served
the community through service projects and sharing the Gospel.
She has also had the privilege of working the past four summers
for a ministry called Kids Across America. KAA is a christian sport
camp were Takia shared the Gospel with thousands of kids from all over
the United States. What Takia enjoys the most is being outdoors, spending
time with friends and trying new things. "This Fall and Spring I hope to
truly serve those around me and share with them the love of my life Jesus Christ."

David Wils
David is from Allendale, MI. David served as a
youth leader with his church group with CSM in Chicago (summer 2006)
and Toronto (summer 2007).
